3. Wild mushroom and farro soup

For the croutons, you will need white country bread, soft butter and Gruyere. For the soup, make sure you have the following on hand in your cupboard: olive oil, yellow onions, minced garlic, chicken broth, crushed tomatoes, saffron threads, salt, pepper, orzo and cream thick.
