When it comes to any Cajun dish, the power is in the seasoning, and this Cajun-style elote recipe is no exception. First, cook the corn cobs in a pot of water with the spice mix to boil the crab. Next, grill the corn until it is evenly charred. Brush corn with melted butter, followed by a combination of ranch dressing, sour cream, lime zest, finely chopped cilantro, and Creole seasoning. Finally, top the corn with a generous amount of Cotija cheese, cilantro, and other Creole seasonings.

These truffle elotes take corn on the cob to the next level. Start by grilling the corn on the cob until evenly charred. Then prick the corn and cover it with butter and truffle-infused mayonnaise. Then sprinkle with Cotija cheese, followed by lime juice, chili-lime seasoning and white truffle infused hot sauce. Finally, garnish the elotes with cilantro and enjoy!

While Flamin’ Hot Cheetos taste great on their own, they taste even better on an elote. First, spread butter, mayonnaise and lime juice on grilled corn on the cob skewers. Next, roll the corn in a plate of crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, making sure they’re completely covered in the red powder. Finally, top the corn with Cotija cheese before serving.

These bite-sized elotes may be small, but they pack a mighty punch. First, boil a corn cob and cut it into small pieces. Then top each slice of corn with Kewpie mayonnaise, followed by sriracha. Then roll them in a mixture of parmesan cheese, Korean chili flakes and ramen noodle seasoning. Finally, garnish with furikake (Japanese seasoning) and enjoy!

While most elote recipes contain corn on the cob, this version comes with corn in the cup. Start by boiling an ear of corn. Next, cut the corn off the cob. Then mix the corn with the butter and mayonnaise. Then sprinkle with a little lemon pepper seasoning, followed by Picante sauce and Mexican cream. Finally, add a pinch of Tajìn seasoning before serving.
