Dissolve the cornstarch in half a cup of water and set aside. Empty the contents of the corn can into a saucepan, add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the cornstarch solution and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add salt and shredded chicken and continue to simmer. Now add the vegetables of your choice.
