Richard “Ricky” Dennis Fagan of Superior passed away peacefully on July 12, 2022 in the comfort of his home with the love of his life, Sharon (Kauti) O’Brien and his daughter, Starr Abrahamson by his side.

He attended Central High School, Superior. He then enlisted in the army, 2nd Armored Division and served his country until his release. He earned his welding certification from WITC Superior.

He was a sports enthusiast. He was an avid fisherman who loved the outdoors. In winter, he liked to ski; having grown up and lived near the local ski slopes and spent many years in the mountains of Colorado. One of his favorite pastimes was watching the Green Bay Packers. He loved his vegetable garden and made the best homemade salsa, which was second to none. He was an excellent cook and could slowly roast nasty corn on the cobb over the embers of a wood fire. His favorite pastime was relaxing with his twenty-two-year-old love, Sharon, on their patio. He will be missed by many.

He is survived by his sister, Patti Fagan Carlson of Coon Rapids, MN; brothers, Robert E. Fagan of Frost Proof, FL and Raymond Fagan of Wisconsin Dells, WI.

He is predeceased by his mother, Agnès Pryatel Fagan; father, Frances Clifford Fagan Sr; sister, Jerry Fagan Pearthree; and his brother, Frances “Sonny” Clifford Fagan Jr.

No service will be held at his request.
