Cheese enhances every dish; we are sure you will agree with us. So if you’re bored of the usual potato shots and fries, here we have a recipe for Cheesy Corn Bombs that are actually the “bomb”.

This recipe for cheese corn bombs promises an explosion of cheese in every bite. Plus, the flavors of corn and potato, paired with the crunch of the peppers, make this appetizer a weekend go-to, after working out all week. Here is the step-by-step recipe for snack cheese corn bombs:

Step 1 – In a bowl, combine boiled and grated potatoes, boiled corn kernels, chopped peppers.

Step 2 – Also add salt, black pepper powder, green chilies, garlic paste, oregano seasoning and a little cornmeal. Mix well.

Step 3 – Add lots of cheese and mix well. Form small balls with the mixture.

Step 4 – Dip all the balls in the maida porridge and roll them on a bed of breadcrumbs.

Step 5 – Refrigerate these balls for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 – Meanwhile, prepare the achaari mayonnaise. Just combine mayonnaise with any achaari masala.

Step 7 – Now fry the cheesy cornballs and serve with the spicy mayonnaise.
