It’s hard to believe it’s been 50 years since The Earl and Frankie made their debut. Now, it seems they are becoming the most popular cereal every Halloween. Now that it’s the 50th anniversary, General Mills came out with a special “50th Anniversary” edition called “Monster puree“.

The 50th Anniversary Monster Mash Cereal features all the monsters … Frankenberry, Count Cokula, Boo Berry, Fruit Brute and Yummy Mummy. By the way, Fruit Brute was introduced in 1974 but was discontinued in 1982. Fruit Brute was a “fruity” monster cereal flavored with a werewolf mascot. When General Mills discontinued Fruit Brute, it replaced it with a similar cereal featuring Yummy Mummy in 1988. The fruit flavored Yummy Mummy was discontinued in 1993.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary, the five monsters come together for the first time in “Monster Mash”. Problem is, I can’t find it anywhere … so where is this cereal? people are on ebay for $ 50 and amazon for $ 20 lol i don’t pay that much lol so where can i find it? HELP …. it’s an Ocean County Breakfast Mystery!
